The bot won't ban — what should I do?
Defensor must be an admin with “Ban users” permission. The bot will tell you if permissions are missing.
Where are the settings?
Settings are in a private chat with the bot: command
/settings. First activate the chat: send /help in the group — then it will appear in the settings list.Is the bot paid?
